What do you love most about your job?
Training people on using a computer and seeing their eyes light up as they enjoy learning new things and eventually being able to perform tasks on their own. I also love fixing problems customers may experience with their computers or setting up things they require and seeing the end result - a happy customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been a co-owner and Director of an insurance business for nearly 20 years where part of my responsibility was caring for the IT of the company, after selling the business I decided to go into something that I really love and have passion for. Also family and friends always commented on my computer skills and often told me I should start a computer support and training business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a personal service and being a small-family run business every customer matters and no customer becomes just a number. We will offer honest and open advice whether it is for support or for training. And when it comes to training, one of our strong points is that we are very patient and will go at the student’s pace tailoring the training to their needs. By tailoring the training to the customer's needs they get full value and benefit from each lesson.

All training and support is provided remotely, online. We use video conferencing (it is optional for the customer to have their camera on). We also use a very secure tool to dial into the customer's computer with their permission which allows us to view their screen making it easier to train them or provide them with support with whatever problem they have or set up requirements they have.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All services are now provided remotely online. If in-person training or support is required this can be provided for local customers where masks must be worn, surfaces cleaned, and temperature taken for both us and the customer.
Computer Training
Bespoke 1-2-1 computer training.
Training provided on general use of computers including browsing the internet, sending emails, organising your files, and using video conferencing services such as Zoom. Training also provided on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Service is offered remotely online using video conferencing where with your permission we dial into your computer to view your screen making it easier to train you.
Computer Support
Support for most types of computer problems or set up requirements. Service available online.
