We care for horses, dogs, cats, and other small pets in their own homes whilst you are at work, out shopping for the day, need help due to illness, or away on holiday.

Two retired working labs and a Birman cat who thinks she’s a dog know they go on alternate routes for walls with lots of fuss and extra treats (but not too many) Sue has stayed over always leaving our home as we left it even watered plants in the garden. What do you love most about your job?
I love animals and providing a alternative to boarding which is less stressful for my clients and their pets.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work in accounts and after 20 years I was not enjoying my job anymore. I have always been passionate about animals, so decided to set up Sue's Pet Care Service, so I could work with animals every day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Sue's Pet Care Service was established in 2011 so we have lots of experience in caring for your pets. All my staff are fully insured and animal first aid trained.
Dog Walking
We offer 30mins to 1-hour walks. Your dogs are walked on their own or with dogs from the same household, not in packs. This means we can look after your dog exclusively and provide them with dedicated care.
Cat Sitting and other Small Pets
This service includes feeding, cleaning of litter boxes and hutches, changing water, grooming if required, and plenty of fuss for your pet.
House Sitting
Overnight or 24 hour stay. Includes care of all your pets including horses and small holdings. A sitter will stay overnight and during the day will not leave your property for more than 4 hours at a time.
Horse Care and Small holdings
Typically includes 2 visits per day and includes mucking out, rug changing, feeding and turnout.
Tailor-made to your requirements.
Puppy & Elderly Dog visits
This service includes letting your puppy or elderly dog out for a toilet break, feeding them if required, cleaning up any accidents. If they are unable to go for a walk we can stay and keep them company.
