How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You certainly are what you eat! Research has shown that a healthy diet has a direct link to overall health and well-being, including mental health.
What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting others in reaching their health goals! Not only in celebrating successes, but being there to support clients through the hard times. I have had my own health challenges in the past and know first-hand how difficult it can be to make lasting healthy changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe that every body is different, and something that works for someone may not be beneficial for another. Most other businesses that I could have worked with have a one-size-fits-all approach, which isn’t my belief. I want to help individuals find their balance, and achieve their best health!
