Studio S provides services both online and physically. The scope of work can vary depending on the project's scale, complexity, and the specific needs of the client. Generally our scope of work will involve the following:
Project Initiation:
1. Client Consultation: Understand the client's requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
Site Assessment: Visit and assess the physical space, considering architectural features, lighting, and any existing design elements.
2. Concept Development:
Design Concept: Develop a design concept that aligns with the client's vision and requirements.
Mood Boards: Create visual representations, such as mood boards, to communicate design ideas, colour schemes, and aesthetics.
3. Space Planning:
Furniture Layout: Plan the arrangement of furniture and fixtures to optimize the functionality and flow of the space.
4.Material and Finish Selection:
Materials Palette: Select materials, finishes, and textures for flooring, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
5. 3D Renderings:
Visualization: Provide 3D renderings or visual representations of the proposed design to help clients better understand the final look.
6. Documentation:
Drawings: Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.

We work alongside a specialised contractor team, an all round builder’s company with accredited specialists on
site. We cover all aspects from concept to completion at a competitive price.

Services:

STAGE 1 - Architecture and M&E Consultancy
In collaboration with our site experts, we will generate all M&E solutions (i.e. RCP, Ventilation, Sprinkler systems, etc) and finalise all tender documents with the site architects following building regulations prior to approvals.

STAGE 2 - Approvals
In collaboration with our site architects, we will generate all CDM (construction design &
management regulations) documents needed for approval with the local council if needed - this includes planning approval , building control and fire safety documents.

STAGE 3 - BOQ
In collaboration with our site team, we will generate a Bill of Quantities of all materials and furniture that will be sourced and supplied by our contractors.

STAGE 4 - Demolition, Construction, Fit Out & Installation
