Although the village has changed in the last few years, e.g. most of the boutiques closing and also Pain Quotodien, which was a great place for a drink and bite to eat, it still has a unique atmosphere and hill-top, common-side location.

Well, slowly but surely accomplishing my Bucket List. A visit to Wimbledon with my granddaughter was a trip and dream come true. I will never forget this journey. In planning your visit to England, don’t leave this visit out to this iconic place. Sweaty dreams are made and dashed here at Centre Court. Surprisingly there are many charity shops, some have high end products for sale. I found a lovely dress for £35, which seems a lot for a dress from a charity shop, but it was beutiful and supports the charities. There are top notch eateries, including a branch of THE IVY.
