Alex captured our special day on the 14/04/19 He was always an email away with any questions we had leading up to the big day. He is a lovely guy and was an absolute pleasure to be around. We are so glad that we chose him to be our videographer, he made us really feel at ease on the day. We have just received our wedding video and words cannot describe how happy we are with it. He has captured our family & friends enjoying our day so beautifully and it is something we will treasure forever. Alex is a top guy who takes cracking photos! From my initial chat with Alex right through to the wedding day he was just brilliant. All of our guests commented on how "lovely" our photographer was. He made taking group shots very simple but he also blended in and almost became invisible whilst taking natural photos that at points I forgot we had a photographer. Alex and team recently captured the magic of our wedding day in photo and video form and we are beyond thrilled with the results! So many elements of planning a wedding are fiddly and stressful and often the suppliers you deal with are demanding beyond reason, Alex was the absolute opposite to this, from initial email to dancing off in to the sunset as the band played, Alex was a dream to work with. Everything was so easy and nothing was too much trouble. Even when tripped by our nephew on a wheely bug in the middle of the reception Alex took it all in his stride (!!).We cannot stress enough how incredible the photos are, not one cheesy pose all day and the result is a series of shots capturing all of the moments that made our wedding day perfect. Some of the moments, my husband and I would have missed had it not been for Alex's candid photography style. The video itself is my favourite motion picture ever knocking Love Actually off its perch after more than a decade in top spot. My little sister is often a cynic but her and her work friends (whom we don't know) shed a few tears watching it on her iPhone! She has declared it the 'best wedding video she's ever seen' which feels like a good note to end on. A fantastic, well-run, efficient photo shoot from Alex at Studio Lester. With only a 45 minute window in which to shoot an array of photos, Alex operated a well-oiled machine of a shoot, during which 16 footballers had their individual pictures professionally taken, as well some super 'team' shots as well. Great to have Studio Lester on board for both the successful photo shoot and to have them as kit sponsors for this season and beyond! More...

We’ve just had Lester and his crew share our special day and it was unbelievable. Perfect! His relaxed and candid style of shooting was so easy to work with and looking through the final shots it was amazing to see pictures of the little moments through the day that we had forgotten about with Lester and the team going unseen all day. Alex was the photographer at our wedding. The day ran so smoothly and Alex was a big part of this. Everything was very friendly and relaxed so it made the atmosphere for the guests even better. We spent the perfect amount of time doing staged shots and the rest were natural "in the moment" shots. The photos have come out so much better than we could have hoped for. Alex did a Family shoot for us and the whole thing was so relaxed - he even let our little boy take pictures with his camera (while still holding it! ). We had some pictures taken at home and when the rain stopped and we were all relaxed we went out and had a little walk. The pictures are amazing and will be treasured forever but the truly defining thing is just how comfortable and natural the whole experience was - I would recommend it wholeheartedly! More...
