What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Good photographs put you in a particular moment in time, they tell a story, or they speak to your emotions. The most important element of a great photograph is that it does all of the above. That’s what makes great pictures, great pictures.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1. What is the emotion, feeling or vibe you want to portray in these images? Is it fun, playful, mysterious, cute, serious etc...?
2. What do you want to stay away from? Are there any cliches in your industry or things you are sick of seeing?
3.What are the things you HAVE to have in the images?
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, getting to know them, understanding their essence and then capturing that in the photograph I take.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been driven and highly self motivated. After a brief spell in a 9-5 existence I decided I wanted to work for someone who really got me.
Why should our clients choose you?
1. Well firstly, I hope it because you've come across my website and already LOVE my work, everyone's photoshoot is different and each individual, couple or family will stamp their own personal style on their session. It's important to book a photographer that you feel reflects you and the ideas that you have for your shoot...hopefully that's me!
2. You want your photography to be relaxed and natural without the interruptions of endless posing. I’m organised and professional but I understand this this is YOUR shoot. I'm organised enough to control the situation when needed for your family photographs but will make sure that it's fun and never stressful.
3. I limit the amount of shoots that I photograph each year to ensure that each couple get the time and attention that they deserve. You can be sure that from start to finish everything is personally dealt with by myself, I do not outsource any part of the process. From photographing you or your family to individually editing all of your precious images, right through to your album design…it’s all me, my style, my personal touch and I'm right there to answer all of your questions.

Couples Photoshoot
My goal for your session is to capture your love and relationship - all the little things that make you a "we." These sessions are minimally posed and instead focus on how you click together. I want you to look at your photos and see the way you naturally come together. Whose hand goes on top and who is the big spoon is apart of that connection.
Couples sessions are perfect for new love, fiances & the couple who have been together forever and ever and want to celebrate that and remember the connection.

Family Photoshoot
Lets meet up at your favorite park, the local sweet shop or just have a sleepy Sunday at home. For my family sessions I come along on a typical day for your family and capture your connection and tell your unique story.
Lets skip, twirl and stop to smell the flowers while exploring on your family session.
