I specialise in weight loss and muscle tone using a mix of high intensity exercise, boxing, CrossFit and weight training.
I also provide sports specific training for both runners and golfers.
You do not need to be a member of the gym to have personal training.

Stu has made a huge difference to how I train. Previously, I was exercising but not noticing any differences. I create individual programmes based around goals and use continual measures to monitor progress. The software used is state of the art and the gym is very friendly and fun to be in.

The key to achieving the body you want is to set achievable goals and make it a lifestyle choice rather than a chore.

By being a self employed Personal Trainer I am not tied to particular training styles, target based add ons or software and am able to give more individual training plans .

I am experienced Personal Trainer with a first. Class degree in Sport and Exercise. I am a Tutor and Mentor for PT academy and delivery Personal Trainer qualifications on behalf of Norfolk County Council.
