STTmcr are quite far the most professional business I have been to. Knew exactly what the issue was after the initial examination. Supportive throughout my injuries with check ups and care, this goes a long way! I would recommend this to anyone with any injuries, body functioning issues or even just body maintenance. Definitely check them out! 100% recommended. More...

Had a terrible ongoing injury and was given superb advice and soft tissue treatment.

I went to see Jav about a week after a recurring injury on my shoulder happened again. This time I felt it wasn’t going to get better as it kept happening over and over again. I explained the situation to Jav and he was confident that after a rehab program with him my shoulder would be better and stronger than it’s ever been since the injury.

We trained once a week for about 2 months and I can say my shoulder has never felt this good since my injury. The rehab and physical therapy Jav had me do has had me lifting and back boxing stronger than ever.

I’d highly recommend anyone to work with him!

Injured my lower back weight training, which was making everyday tasks hard work. Had never really considered soft tissue therapy before and would just endure the pain of injuries. A friend recommended Jav who was able to give me an appointment at short notice to fit my schedule. He was personable and professional from the initial consultation and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend! More...

Helping people who want to learn and understand how the body moves and works

Injury of my own which made me want to understand how injuries come about.

Been living with an issue that has been looked at by different therapists, but still hasn’t gone away ?

Some we can remotely but some we can not and require them to come in to clinic.

Full PPE, temperature checks, Q&A before sessions is booked in.
