I recently ordered a steel-reinforced security entrance door from Stronghold Security Doors which was fitted a few weeks ago. The team did a really fantastic job at installing the door. They are friendly, patient and responded really well to any feedback we gave them. The attention and care with which they did their job was impressive too. As for the door itself, the quality is impeccable; solid, heavy and secure - it surpassed all my expectations! I also had them fit a wire loop for my Ring Video Doorbell which they did without any fuss whatsoever. I would strongly recommend them and will most likely be using them in the future. Worth every single £££ we payed for it.Doors arrive as promised 4 weeks after we ordered them, guys who installed them done a great job, they took old doors away and took all the rubish. Absolutely fantastic service from Stronghold Security Doors! From my initial query through to installation, Karolis and the team were informative and empathic to my concern for security. Despite the distance, they promptly came out to take measurements; the door was delivered on time and perfectly finished to specifications. After a very long drive and carrying a solid steel door up a 130 steps to my home, Denas and Laurynas arrived on time and with smiles! They took care with installation and were incredibly tidy. I visited the store in Croydon. The store is very well presented. The store rep, JUSTAS was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He understood the "science" of the doors. He was very friendly. They have done doors for people in Scotland and Nigeria!The door took about a month to make. They were understanding about my needs e.g. doorbell, door light. They travelled all the way to East London.The door itself is very strong, sturdy, compact and pleasing to the eye. I feel totally safe. PLEASE READ THIS!!!First class service from Justas!!!Before I had Justas coming to give us a quote, I made the regretfull mistake of having SHIELDEU to also give us a quote, James O'Connor is a CON man as well as all that works with or for him. Vidas O'Connor took all of the money in two transactions, which he says that the first one 'declined' but never proved to us that it did...than he called us racistis because I asked him to send someone that could speak English and than could understand my needs as we have a disabled child and also have my mother, an elderly lady...and also, my first language is Portuguese and I have trouble to understand and be understood quite often...James O'Connor from SHIELDEU disregarded everything I asked for, refuses to give us at least half of the money back, harassed me, offended me, verbaly abused me and still after 11 months not providing us the invoice...He has caused do much distress to my family and will do to yours too!!!I got in contact online with Stronghold and asked if I could have one of them to talk to me and try to solve a problem that was never created by them...Next day Justas called meand I could not believe the level of professionalism, he also remebmered exactly my specifications, how amazing is that?!I explained that I did not go ahead with them because Vidas O'Connor had taken all of our money at once and we new that we would never see the money back, that we were left with no choice and I deeply apologise for that.Justas you are one fantastic professional and I will send you the pictures for you to try to help us.Anyone who wants to see the emails from James O'Connor please do not hesitate to contact me. Excellent work, high quality, great communication from start to finish. The professionalism of Stonghold Security Doors staff has been exemplary. Kestas visited me for an initial demonstration of the door mechanism and the different levels of security provided. He was very patient and devoted a fair amount of time to ensure I was fully aware of all available options and could understand the differences. Four weeks later the door was ready for installation. Karolis and his guys were very punctual and completed the work promptly. They even cleaned up before they left. The door is very high quality, has a very elegant design and fits perfectly. We have just had our new premium door fitted from the Stronghold Security Doors company. The whole process was very straightforward, and we are delighted with the end product. The company has a huge variety of doors and accessories that will cater to everyone's needs, including modern and classical styles.Kestas, one of the owners handled our order fantastically well. He was able to offer us an initial appointment at a suitable time for us and arrived promptly.Kestas is very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and helped us to choose the perfect door to meet our requirements. The whole installation was very professional, and the attention to detail was exemplary. The installation team (Miroslav and Valentin) arrived on time, and they were very efficient. Their work was outstanding and very tidy. They used protective sheets, and as a result, there was no damage to the surrounding surfaces. They did not leave any mess and disposed of the old door. The noise level was also kept to an absolute minimum. Our door is very stylish, looks solid and strong, and the locking mechanism is first class. We ordered a new front door with Stronghold, then a full set of windows for our townhouse shortly after. Very positive experience from start to finish and we're very pleased with the final outcome. I contacted several security companies until finally choosing to go with Stronghold. After a violent break-in we decided to strengthen our front door, after getting quotes from Banham and another local security company we decided to find one on the net. We found Stronghold security and spoke to Justas who agreed to come for a survey and estimate. He answered all our questions and showed us some great products. We chose a high spec steel door which was £400 cheaper than a Banham wooden door . We paid the 60% deposit and within 4 weeks our door was ready to install. I had two Stronghold doors fitted yesterday and I am very happy with the excellent quality. Not only are they very secure but they look great as well. Karolis explained everything in detail and was very helpful. Kestutis and his team arrived on time and got on with the job finishing both in one day. I contacted Stronghold after having problems with another door company who had taken a long time to respond and progress. Karolis at Stronghold responded to my initial email almost by return, we had initial drawings and pricing after a further 24 hours and after agreeing the price had a visit 2 days later to have the door measured . We are around 100 miles away from Strongholds office.We strongly wanted a door exactly the same look and dimensions as the previous door, as we have a 100 year old property which had a 100 year old door.The new door is perfect, looking identical in size dimensions and colour as our original door, something no other door company seemed able to do. The fitters were quick and clean and the final job was extremely well done.I am very pleased with Stronghold and would recommend them. If you want a Professional Efficient Team who know what they are doing from the beginning to the end of their job, then this is the company to use. From the first consultation designed to determine your needs and preference, it is obvious these guys know their field very thouroughly. You are not dealing with middle men here, they are engineers and know what they are talking about. The fitters also work to a very high standard and have obviously been well trained in the installation and finishing off process and are aware of the importance of customer service.
