I've been training with Jasmine since I was 8 weeks postpartum, and her expertise in pre and postnatal fitness as well as the support she's shown me throughout my sessions have been so invaluable to me. When I had my little boy I was suddenly so unsure about what exercise would be suitable for my body, and nervous about the potential of injuring myself by throwing myself into fitness without having the correct knowledge. I have really enjoyed working with Jasmine during and after my pregnancy. I felt totally safe exercising into my final trimester and with her guidance I have managed to return to exercise and running with no problems following an unexpected Caesarean section. It can be difficult to find guidelines and expertise for pre- and post-natal exercise and I’ve been grateful to have Jasmine to help give me my confidence back! More...
