I cannot recommend this service and team enough The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Special thanks to Dom and the team (I have forgotten the names of others, unfortunately ) They wouldn't give up and helped me for over an hour with my "Wheel of Death" issue It didn't just stop there: the following day, my package was not as described when the courier arrived to collect and not only did the courier, Jay, sit with me on messenger and ensure I got helped, but Dom and the team were sorting out the problem before I was even aware of it. I use Street stream on almost a daily basis looking after wholesale coffee customers in London, as we often need an efficient courier service that also offer competitive rates. The couriers and customer service operators are always forthcoming with accepting our often strange requests for urgent deliveries (40kg of coffee beans!), and communicate with us superbly. Street Stream are the best courier service I have ever used, and I have used A LOT of them! They cut out the middle man so you have a relationship with the actual courier delivering your package rather than a call centre somewhere. The benefits of this relationship are numerous.... for a start you no longer have to repeat instructions to the call centre and then the courier (who may well have not received the right message/instructions from the call centre in the first place - Chinese whispers!). Furthermore, the courier is incentivised to deliver your package in a timely and courteous manner as they themselves are reviewed. So the better the service the individual courier provides, the more jobs they will receive (just like how Uber works!). Genius. More...

I work for a Biocosmetics company and I have been working with Street Stream for over a year. My clients demand speed of service and from my side I demand good care of the merchandise we transport. I have never had a problem with them and they are always happy to fulfil my demands. Their couriers are very professional and always on time willing to provide a great customer service. I have to thank especially to Mark who deals with most of my jobs, he is always very polite and caring. I certainly would not trust any other courier company. The app makes it super easy to get stuff delivered the same day in London. Probably not as good if you're based elsewhere, but for us it's great!

If you need anything same day delivered don't hesitate to use Street Stream. They cut the middle man out of couriers so you have a relationship with the actual driver (rather than a call centre handling thousands of drivers) which in turn means a faster & more reliable service.
