Booked these guys in for a very large 6 bed 4 room, 4 bathroom property. Decent communication from David and Kelly. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. Very good job undertaken over 2 and a half days. I was taken back by the full payment on booking as was a hearty sum. It did cross my mind are they going to show up.However they took a lot of pressure away dealing with the cleaning and done a wonderful job. Have also booked a monthly clean with them! More...

This is a house clearance review for Stratton. I dealt with David from start to finish. He cleared my fathers 6 bed property in Sawbridgeworth over 3/4 day period. Excellent communication, arrived on time and completely took the pressure of me and my family. £60 was also returned to me that was found in the property! It is refreshing to deal with a very decent and respectful local business.
