Cant leave a more positive review, from the initial contact with Roxy & Chris right through to the completion of our house move, the service we received was first class and far exceed our expectations. Both Roxy & Chris were attentive and helpful throughout the whole process which took the stress out of moving. Delivery guys were also amazing, fast, polite & attentive also with our items. I can not fault the team at Straight there throughout the process they have been supportive, patient and understanding. Danny, Jamie and Josh are fantastic constantly asking question if unsure or needed clarity. Patient when I said the wrong rooms for items! Even helped me try out furniture in different spaces. There appeared to be no grunting, groaning, straining, or going purple in the face from Jamie or Ian, as they lifted our many heavy boxes with ease & carried our heavy furniture around like it was made from balsa wood. They were passionate about the job, & we could only watch in amazement as they behaved like they were really enjoying themselves on a day out. Everyone at Straight There was very pleasant & really down to to earth. The quote we had was the price that we paid, & it was more than reasonable. I'd definitely use this service again. Like the title says, this would make a cracking TV reality show. I still cannot get over how good these guys were, I've never seen anything like it. More...
