I was represented by Stowe Family Law and partner James Scarborough through a very protracted and difficult divorce that culminated during the pandemic. Prior to discovering James, I had been let down my former legal practice who had not filed my papers to the court on time. I had also approached several local solicitors who didn't return my calls or were "too busy" to take on another case. So, it was with great relief that eventually I found James (by thorough research across the net), who I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. James is a consummate professional. He is extremely diligent, prompt, thorough and his advice is considered, thoughtful and balanced. My grateful thanks to Gavin and Ciara for stepping in at very much the last minute for my hearing. I am still amazed at how they both wholly picked up my case as though they’d been on it since the beginning. Stowe family Law assisted in my divorce, I found my solicitor in particular to be very prompt in their responses, knowledgeable in their area and always gave sound advice. I wasn't able to get my 100% desired outcome but I do think that was more due to the biases of the court systems rather than the solicitors ability. If you require legal assistance in a family matter, I would recommend Stowe, they are higher in price than other firms but you are paying for a quality service. More...

Shanika Varga was supportive, honest, direct and compassionate. My case was complicated and difficult which was expensive but the most important thing was my family's safety which was met with a favorable order through strong support from the Stowe team. I have had some quite complex and serious issues that led to a child custody case, I contacted Stowe and luckily for me I was represented by Jennifer Reddy. Throughout the proceedings Jennifer has been an absolute God send, very friendly as she made me comfortable and it was as if I'd known her for a long time, she was very professional and responsive.I believe she went above and beyond for me and my children, even though it looked liked the odds were stacked against me somehow she managed to turn things around and gain me full custody of my children.Words can not express how grateful I am to this amazing woman and how lucky I feel to have had her helping me throughout this very difficult period.
