After visiting many showrooms,doing lots of homework we decided to go with fireplace world,from the minute we went into showroom mike. And his team were magnificent,mike visited our property,gave us great advice,we decided to move from gas to a charnwood wood burner,house has never been as warm,the fitting team arrived on time,to our surprise as weather was terrible snow etc,did not think roof access would be possible,these guys did not mess about,old fireplace out brickwork done stove fitted in less than than 6hrs,everything rubble,old fireplace all cleared away well done guys,now waiting on prices for our next room revamp..and new stove. Top marks for our wood burning stove and fireplace installation. The quality of the materials used in the manufacture of the various elements of the installation is first class and the overall workmanship is excellent. Showroom staff couldn't have been more helpful and there was no messing around or hard-sell. Our installer Craig Johnston Fireplace Installers is one of the best tradesmen I have come across and his attention to detail in getting the installation perfect was highly commendable. Craig and Fireplace World worked in tandem to make the purchase, delivery and installation of our wood burner and fireplace as trouble-free as you could get. I cannot recommend both Fireplace World and Craig Johnston highly enough. The end result is a stunning centrepiece to our livingroom which we will enjoy for years to come.
