What makes a great website?
Listening to the customer! They know their business more than us. What enhances the website is a clear well designed site that appeals to the end user and resonates with the customers brand.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Firstly, whats the aim of the site? Is it to generate traffic and showcase the brand, or generate leads and sales. Different outcomes, bring different designs and content. We need to ensure we are delivering what the client needs in order to have a succesful website.
Describe your creative process.
Listening to the customer foremost. They, as we have mentioned before, know their customers. Learning and listening will generate a creative outcome and ensure that we deliver something that is perfect for your business.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Do you have a domain, if so what is the URL? What kind of website do you need? Brochure or more of a sales/lead type of website? What kind of budget are you looking at spending on your website (this helps us know what kind of software/servers you might require)?
What do you love most about your job?
We love what we do. It’s become our passion, something that is shown in the work we deliver.
Whatever your idea is, big or small, nothing is too important to us. We embrace all jobs and will always deliver what we say we will. Your business and idea is our priority, as such, we will work tirelessly to turn your idea into a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Founded by two friends – Rob and Ryan, both of whom have been involved in web development ever since finishing software development degrees at university. There journey has seen them work at a varity of places, from small digital agencies to big corporate business like AO.com and ThinkMoney Group.
With a combined 28 years experience in Web Design & Development and the World Wide Web, they are sharing their knowledge with small to medium size business who don’t have in-house development skills to help them grow.
Based in Manchester we have clients right here in the city centre, out in the surrounding areas of Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Stockport, Bolton etc and even further afield in North Wales, London and Bristol. Being an agile digital agency allows us to adapt to any situation and any client around the world.
