Stockport CCTV

For over the past 10 years we have been trying different companies to fit our CCTV in our different buildings. Finally we have found stockport CCTV. The installation was done professionally and quickly. 32 cameras were installed over 5 floors and the wiring is hardly visible. Most people who fit CCTV cameras don't usually give all the login details and teach you how to use the control panel so they can keep charging over each small issue. Stuart recently fitted CCTV cameras and a new alarm in to our clinic and was excellent, professional and worked around our busy schedule of appointments to ensure the job was completed. He talked our staff through how to use the system and even came back when we were ready to close for the evening to ensure we were using it properly after we had had an issue setting the alarm. Excellent customer service. When I first called Stuart, he popped round within an hour and gave me valuable, pertinent impartial advice. He replied to my queries promptly and quotation reasonable and so there was no need to look elsewhere. He turned up early and did a fantastic thorough job going above the call of duty to sort out power/electric feed in my loft. The job took him a lot longer than he expected but nothing was any trouble, where others may have got frustrated. Cool,calm,collected,professional,whard working, trustworthy and honest. Phoned for a quote and Stuart came within a couple of days. Went through the different options available to us and sent his quote later that day. When the work was completed he helped us to install software on our devices and gave us a complete walkthrough of what we could do with the system. From start to finish a totally professional job.
We phoned for a quote and Stuart arrived exactly when he said he was going to and gave us a clear explanation of the type of system we required and a very reasonable price.
On the day the job was scheduled, Stuart again arrived on time, completed the work and gave us an overview of how to use the system and how to install on all of our devices.
Due to our lack of technical expertise we've had to call Stuart to clarify a couple of points regarding system access (and by the way it's not a difficult system to use we're just not technically minded), Stuart actually offered to come back to our house and provide additional training - he came back on the day we'd called after finishing another job and again took us through "how to use the system".
I would recommend this Company to anybody in respect of quality of work, value for money and most importantly aftercare service, we're totally satisfied customers.

I found Stuart (Stockport CCTV) to be very professional throughout all stages of the job - from coming out to do the quote within a couple of hours of me ringing him through to installation. He listened to our requirements and designed a system to match them at a very competitive price. The work was carried out efficiently and in a tidy manner. Had numerous cameras fitted by Stuart and made available both on computer and 4 mobile handsets. Too k me a bit of time to get used to being a techno phobe but Stuart is always on hand to help via text/email. Nothing is too much trouble. Very efficient, trustworthy and reliable - what more could you want when thinking about having cameras installed? Had a set previously installed by another company and the cameras kept disappearing from mobile devices and the computer and we had to keep paying for them to come back and reload. Stuart Greatbanks and Stockport CCTV!! Where do I start

What a guy!! Ammaaazzzing price, professional install and customer service which is second to none! !

I had a camera which was faulty! Stuart was back within days and replaced it without question!!

I changed my wi-Fi and forget my password on my iPhone app and he spent hours sorting for me........what a guy!!

If you need CCTV and nobody else can help you at a fair price you should call the ‘A Team’ AKA Stockport CCTV!!

You will not be disappointed!!
