Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Knows all about the body and how best to look after it. Highly recommended the sports massage, after my ankle surgery Leon has helped me make a full recovery, he is always open to answering any questions and is easy to talk to. Sports massage will make you feel great physically and mentally and is an excellent way for athletes and non-athletes to improve physical performance and well-being. 

Sports massage uses a variety of pressure (often deeper, more intense and more focused than in conventional massage) to speed up an athlete's recovery time, help with muscle soreness and injury prevention.

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s commonly used to treat musculoskeletal problems, this could include both strains and injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

This can help break up scar tissue that forms from injuries and reduce tension in muscles and tissues.

Swedish massage can help you to remember how to relax. That might sound strange, but in our busy society, many people have forgotten how to truly relax and allow their body to soften and let go of tension.

A Swedish massage can help towards pain relief and counter the buildup of stress.

At STIME, we help you achieve your fitness and health goals, including but not limited to, weight and fat loss, strength training, toning or overall health and wellness management.

Each client's fitness level can be extremely different, so a trainer at STIME may be introducing one client to basic exercises, helping a second one with a weight loss program, and assisting a third in advanced training goals.

Your personal training plan won’t be based on fad diets or extreme gym sessions either – it’ll be based on the real science and proven body transformation techniques.

Private consultations offer dedicated planning, motivation and support tailored to your specific individual needs.

Private consultations are suitable for people who:
