About

I am based out of a small strength and conditioning gym in Crays hill near Billericay where I PT & do Sports Massage Therapy. I also do offer a private at home service for both.
As a personal training coach and sports massage therapist I aim to provide my clients with the understanding and knowledge to help them achieve the goal they set out to reach.

Just had a relaxation massage from Steven and I can honestly hands down say it was the best massage I've had I will definitely be using him again not just for a brilliant massage but because he is such a nice man and made me feel comfortable! Would highly recommend

I have being using Steve as my PT for about a year. He has really helped me to achieve my goals. I have lost over 2 1/2 stone in weight and my strength and fitness have improved dramatically. Would highly recommend.

After many years of literally no exercise I was very apprehensive about going to the gym or getting help from a PT,after researching and hearing many positive experiences I decided to give Steve a go. From the first session he put me at ease, listened to what I wanted to achieve and worked a realistic exercise and nutrition programme. I can honestly say that my fitness level has improved and I feel good about myself and I even enjoy going to the gym! I never thought I would

I have been training with Steve since 2014. When I first started training with Steve with the simple goal of improving my general fitness and towards becoming a better runner. Since we have been training I have met my goals in general fitness and exceeded my running goals. In July of 2017 I completed a double marathon and climbed Kilimanjaro, all complemented by the training and advice from someone whom I now consider to be a friend. Steve got me back to my best (probably my best ever!) following my first pregnancy - I was feeling pretty low and lacking in confidence and needed a boost. Another pregnancy and two knee operations later and I am still going back. His patience and targeted approach means that I came out of my last surgery with the best recovery the physio had ever seen. (All about the pre-hab!) He works around my crazy schedule, holds me back when I need it but also gives me a kicking too. And I have fun! No two workouts are the same. We are now working on getting my fitness levels back to pre-op levels - and also getting me the Gemma Atkinson toning before my next significant (gulp!) birthday.

Of course, I highly recommend - so long as I don't lose my weekly slot!

I specifically design programs and aid in nutritional advice to help each client achieve the goal we set out to reach then progress on from that point setting new targets and goals. I also coach in my sessions enabling each client to learn the fundamentals of each exercise allowing them to perform and exercise in the most effective way.
With Sports massage I aim to tailor the session to give the client the best result and information regarding the reason they have booked a session.
