Steven did the catering for my in laws 90th birthday. He was absolutely brilliant, always kept me informed. Great choice of food. He turned up and literally catered for everyone there. Nothing was too much bother and the food was delicious. Everyone commented saying how great it was and how great Steven was too. I especially loved the tempura prawns. Steven was absolutely amazing, from the moment we spoke I knew he wouldn’t let me down (and he did it with just 2 days notice) . He stuck to my budget and made the most amazing selection of food for my husbands surprise party. He was professional all the way through and his food was exquisite. It’s all about understanding and working with my clients to get the best results all round.
Also being able to work within their budgets to give them the best experience possible.

The freedom to travel, create, show off and most importantly giving my client the piece of mind that everything is under control and giving them an experience they love.

My son started this off for me, he has a few health complications.
Being a full time chef and juggling a kitchen, the brigade of chefs and his hospital appointments was too much for me. I opted for more freedom with my time to be with my family.

My clients should choose me because I only use good quality local products. I will give my all to ensure you have the best event possible. I am happy to work within a budget, providing the client understands I only want their event to be the best that it can be.

No. I can only do email or WhatsApp mainly that’s as far as I go in regards to being online.
I am happy to arrange zoom or in person meetings for those that would like it.

Depending on my clients wishes I will wear a mask if required and I always wear gloves when serving and making food items. I am continuously washing my hands and changing gloves throughout service. I always wear chef uniform when I have contact with any of the food.
The food is prepared in a sanitary environment, and kept in a temperature controlled environment.
