What do you love most about your job?
I am absolutely passionate about helping develop great leaders. As long as there is a determination and willingness, a humbleness - then the possibilities are astronomical, and that is what I love. I take great pleasure in seeing what impact great leadership has on the success of product and service teams, and to be able to help someone build themselves into such a position gives me great inspiration and motivation. And that is what I love the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt I had reached a stage in my career where I could use my experience to help others. I never had the desire to climb to the top and I just love being able to support and develop other people.

Because I have a warmth and friendliness in my approach, balanced with the capability to challenge and hold you to account. I have great experience in working 1-1 with leadership at all levels and am highly skilled in being a sounding board to help solve some of your greatest challenges, so not only develop yourself into a highly effective modern leader, but also to help your teams and organisation in becoming much more effective and efficient as well. My programme is structured and we will work together to create a plan where you will be able to see the results over time.
