I operate out of a fully equipped gym in Farnham, specialising in weight loss, strength training and improving overall fitness.
I aim to take a simple and straight forward approach to training and believe with the right advice and guidance, anybody can achieve their health and fitness goals.

I have been training with Steve for a while now and I have never looked or felt better. He makes the sessions really enjoyable and I always look forward to the next one, I would highly recommend Simplified Fitness.

Steve has proven to be a brilliant Personal Trainer, he is extremely knowledgeable and very charismatic. Being a very shy person, he has made me feel very comfortable and totally relaxed when training with him. He provides a fully equipped private gym, every session is great fun and varies with different excersises each time. He pushes me to my limits which has lead me to see improvement in my fitness and my weight very quickly. I can't praise Steve enough for his fantastic customer service and friendly manner. Having been through my own body transformation, where I went from an overweight guy to lean, fit and healthy, I know what it takes.
I take a simple approach to nutrition and fitness, teaching clients about the lifestyle changes needed in order to achieve whatever goals they may have set.

Consistency! There's a lot of confusion in the fitness industry and it can make it hard to know where to start. The truth is, it's really not that complicated. If you complete your training sessions, stay on top of your nutrition and stay consistent, you will get results!

Meeting a variety of people from all walks of life. Every client is different, and it's very rewarding to help them with whatever they are trying to achieve.

Health and Fitness is something I had been interested in for a long time, and I trained a lot of my friends and family. They were making good progress, and it felt great helping them, so I decided this was the career for me.

I know a gym can seem like quite an intimidating place, especially if you're just starting out! Having my own gym means I am able to train clients in a private and comfortable atmosphere, giving them 100% of my attention with no interruptions.
