Went to Steph in considerable pain having pulled something in my back. Was not even sure if I would be able to attend. Within a few minutes, Steph was able to pinpoint the exact point of pain (shoulder pain) and by the end of 45 minutes, the difference was quite frankly staggering. I feel absolutely exhausted which I mean as a top complement. I have already booked in again for a second appointment and have booked in my partner at the same time. My boyfriend and I went to see Steph for deep tissue massages as we both struggle with knots , my boyfriend in particular was struggling with knots in his shoulder due to work and immediately after he felt 10 times better, usually hes hard to persuade about massages but he said he definitely will be going back as its helped immensely.

I went to see Steph after months of painful Plantar Fasciitis. She did deep tissue massage on my calf muscles which were very tight. I cannot recommend Steph highly enough! Every time I have a massage from her my tension releases so much and my range of motion increases dramatically. I can accumulate a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and back, and Steph always manages to relieve any pain or tension that I'm feeling and works so well on my muscles that I walk out feeling like a new person. Excellent deep tissue massage by Steph Stanworth. I have visited a number of very good massage therapists during an arduous 25 years of playing good standard rugby and Steph definitively ranks at the top end of the list.
