Seeing people transform and not just physically. Seeing people transform mentally and become more confident, happy people is what this job is about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There isn't many great opertunities out there for employed personal trainers. Setting up my own business and doing it the way I think it should be done is far more appealing to me.

You will train alone following the programs and check in with me weekly.
