I am retired Psychotherapist and Counsellor and now practice as a Life Coach. I describe myself as a “living life on purpose coach” and my passion is changing peoples lives for the better. I have a lot of experience in managing clients whose life is in transition.

What do you love most about your job?
Life Coaching was life changing for me. The ability to change peoples lives for the better and for good is awe inspiring. To witness how my client’s experience empowerment in all areas of their lives, is all the job satisfaction I could ever want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been Self Employed. I started my working life as an optician, and enjoyed the independence of running my own businesses. In later life I trained as a Counsellor and then qualified as a psychotherapist at the Berne Institute. I remained self employed, as I have natural business building skills.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I have a lot of experience in life transitions. Changing career, relationships and divorce. I’m also an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist which brings additional skill to my Life Coaching. The No 1 reason for hiring me will be because I’m absolutely passionate about the power of life coaching, and how it changes lives for the better.

I can see clients face to face or on line with my Zoom account.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have relaxed all COVID restrictions for my face to face clients. Most of my clients choose Zoom as their preferred option. Local clients who opt for face to face appointments can choose to take, or ask for additional precautions if they choose.
