In response to Paul Osborn's review - I feel this is very unreasonable and an unfair judgement has been made. Here's why: I was actually in the shop during the period of Paul's visit. He came in completely enthralled by whatever was on his phone and made no real effort to even look up to engage in conversation with Stephanie regarding a bouquet. Stephanie was actually incredibly polite the entire time and remained professional from start to finish. In regards to the bouquet: Paul had a choice of two £35 bouquets, which were both beautifully made up, and in my opinion were well worth the money. He seemed very happy with purchasing the bouquet at the time and had no issue with it. I seem to remember him saying "how lovely they were". Stephanie also offered Paul a receipt, but unfortunately he was far too busy on his phone to even realise. I've never had a negative experience regarding her or her shop and I feel Paul's review was unnecessary, given the situation at hand with him being distracted by his phone the entire time. Stephanie always makes up such lovely arrangements and makes the effort to use a variety of flowers you wouldn't necessarily see in other florists! Her service in my experience has always been 5/5. I must admit I have tried other florists as I don't live local but the standard is never the same and I always end up going back. ).
They produce amazing bouquets of flowers for birthdays and celebrations, and they always look stunning and a little different!
I also just pop in to pick up some flowers for myself at home and the service is fantastic! They know what they are talking about, know what looks good together and always share top tips for making your flowers last a long time!

Stephanie did our wedding flowers on 10th June 2016 and they were beyond perfect. In the planning process Stephanie listened carefully to our ideas and helped us choose flowers that went well together, especially as my husband wanted buttonholes a little smaller than the traditional rose I had suggested.
When Stephanie arrived with the flowers on the day I was completely overwhelmed with how amazing they were. The difficulty with flowers and planning is that you don't see the product until the day. The real thing was better than anything I had imagined.
The flowers were obviously fresh and good quality too because the ones taken home lasted a really long time! I even loved my bouquet so much that I didn't throw it and already have it dried out and stored as a wonderful memory.
Wedding flowers can vary in price but Stephanie Rose is very reasonable.
I can whole heartedly recommend her to everyone I know. x

Flowers are so important to me and working with you was so easy and relaxed, you knew exactly what we wanted... Thank you for listening and going with the different dark foliage that I had my mind set on, I think it worked so well and the flowers really stood out! We had so many compliments on not only my bouquet, but the Bridesmaids bouquets, the handmade hairpiece anddd the button holes too! You did a perfect job and I would recommend you over and over again. The absolute best!

Stephanie did the flowers for our wedding on 7th October and I don't know where to begin thanking her; they were absolutely stunning!
Everything we had hoped for and more. Following a couple of meetings where we discussed the style & colours we were looking for, she managed to interpret our requirements so closely she really made our vision come to life, helping pull together a theme for the day which was nothing less than perfect - from the larger arrangements right down to the buttonholes and corsages. I was so delighted when the flowers arrived at our venue, I cried happy tears! We can't thank Stephanie enough and would be more than happy to recommend her for any occasion.
