To track them make sure they are hitting there daily requirements in a less forced or stressed way
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting a good body is
1) rest - lots of sleep and rest
2) controlling the amount of daily stress to stop cortisol levels from rising
3) move the body for an hour ! Do lots of walking 10,000 steps a day
4) be in a calorie deficit
5) don’t avoid carbs ! They are not the enemy
6) make sure to consume protein for your goals and body weight

I love helping people get their confidence back , helping them to live a healthy lifestyle or just simply knowing how to operate their body.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Self employed business I’ve always wanted where I can control my own hours

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sanitising equipment after each use , hand disinfectants and of course wearing the mask and keeping my distance when I need too
