Station House is a handsome detached Victorian villa, one of a pair of character period houses dating back to circa 1870. Once a substantial residence, it is now fully converted into professional office space.
There are a total of 12 offices, of various sizes, providing office space on 3 floors, and a detached coach house at the rear.
RENT IS FULLY INCLUSIVE of heating, lighting, provision of communal toilets and kitchen, cleaning to communal areas, provision of soap, tissue and towels, and waste removal. Business rates, if applicable, are payable separately.
