I had to contact them a couple of times and they responded immediately (both via chat and telephone) in both cases. Stashbee is the BEST storage company out there. So helpful, so professional yet unbelievably friendly. They have been a joy to deal with, we found the best storage unit and tracking all the payments and managing the move in and move out was so easy. My whole parking process was a bit of shambles and without Stashbee, I would have been pulling my hair out! In a nutshell, I rented a space that wasn’t supposed to be rented and subsequently ended up with a parking ticket! I spoke with Stashbee and they were on it like a flash and the next day, I had all my money refunded!
