Oh yes brilliant service and attitude they are doing my whole house. Each carpet was laid totally around me and nothing was to much trouble. I changed my mind twice. The fitter Steve has been fantastic. Can't recommend him or them highly enough. Frontroom and master bedroom last week. Hall stairs a box room today. The last carpet going in Friday. Brilliant so happy so far. So what do I recommend so far the whole package measuring price quality and laying. Plus for a little extra they took old carpet up and took it away bonus. We chose CR Stanley carpets over 12 months ago to carpet the first bedroom for our new home renovations. They have now completely carpeted all the rooms and we cannot thank them enough for all their help and patience during our work. All the fitters were excellent. Used Stanley carpets for a few years now, we used to use Larry spears but although his carpets are cheaper they are poor quality, the guys at Stanley in Crownhill are always helpful and our carpets were fitted to a high standard and have lasted well.

Knowledgeable, honest, quick and reliable. We had a quote for our bathroom floor (materials only) and also received a quote for carpet and fitting for our stairs, landing and spare bedroom which we have yet to commit to. We decided on the bathroom flooring after speaking to a member of staff who answered all of our questions and offered the best advice. We placed our order and collected within two days. When we had our initial quote the gentleman was on time, friendly and relatable and again went through our best options. we ordered a remmant but the guy who sold us it had previously sold it without us knowing to someone else. on the day of fitting we had a call saying sorry and to come in and pick any carpet due to ours being sold previously. we had the option for a refund or to pick a different carpet and it was fitted the same day. couldn't ask for a better service tbf. would definitely recommend. thankyou for a great service! Excellent service. From the guy in the shop to the fitter. Fitter turned up early which was great. He laid cushionfloor in my mum's bathroom, not the easiest of things to work with in a small space.
