Recently, I had the honor of working with a Stainah who changed my life for the better. They were obviously experts in their profession, yet they were also sympathetic and concerned about my welfare.

Removing any interference or obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your highest potential. Coaching sessions are carried out via Zoom/WhatsApp. Each session is 50 min in duration.
A minimum of 12 sessions is recommended for full benefit. Sessions can be weekly/ Monthly depending on individual preference.
