Highly recommended.
I got a good feeling about Sarah from the beginning. She was able to provide case studies that increased my confidence in Staged Spaces' experience and ability to do a good job on my house. A half hour Zoom call told me she would be easy to work with and bereft of all the ego bullshit. Still, I was nervous when it came to the day. But she and her team did a fabulous job and I go into the selling process with increased confidence in the selling power of my property and a feeling I've done right by my Mum, whose beloved house it was for 30 years.
Staging is far more common in Australia, where I have lived for the last 13 years, and there is a stat circulating that staging on average adds 8% to the selling price of a property. For me, the short term cost is a no-brainer. If you want someone to fall in love with your house, it needs to look its best. And thanks to Sarah and her team, it does.

I used Staged Spaces to help sell a bungalow that has recently been redecorated. The results were genuinely amazing. The staging totally transformed the look and feel of the place and made a real difference in showing prospective buyers how they might live there.

Sarah has been fantastic in guiding us through the process from an initial consultation at the bungalow through to presenting design ideas and different colour scheme. Communication has been brilliant at all times. Sarah has replied promptly to all my questions - no matter how big or small - and has accommodated last minute additions and changes without hesitation.

It took ONE week from initial consultation to delivery and set up at the bungalow which now looks and feels fresh, modern and welcoming. The photography that come as part of the package is extraordinarily well done and tonnes better than the sort of thing agents normally provide.

The staging has blown away all of the estate agents who have visited to value the property and - for what it is worth - has helped to increase the average valuation by more than 15%.

Sarah stage our house, which was looking very tired, for sale. It was completely transformed and showed it's true potential after her talented ministrations. Her service was very professional, personal and thorough. Communication was very prompt and she was always very friendly, accommodating and flexible. Sarah, has provided room redesigns for a couple of our rooms now - including supporting us with a garage conversion. She really listened to what we wanted - took our ideas and brought them together with all of her own to give us exactly what we wanted. She’s sent us lots of updates and ideas to check she was on the right lines and then final plans. We wanted an empty property staging for selling and contacted Staged Spaces. They were prompt in responding and listened carefully to my requirements and proposed an amazing scheme for the property. Highly recommend! We asked Staged Spaces to come to our home to help us redesign our living room. We were struggling to choose new carpet and furniture as we couldn’t visualise how it would all work together in the room. Sarah and Hannah are really friendly and approachable. They asked about our tastes and preferred colour schemes, made suggestions and put together mood boards with ideas and then virtually staged the room so we could see exactly how everything would look together. Sarah has an amazing eye for design. She’s lived in a number of rented properties over the last few years, but somehow she always manages to whip them into shape so she looks like she’s living on a Hollywood TV set (no small feat with 3 teenagers! !!). It must be all those years in am dram creating amazing sets, and her years in retail. I’ve always been jealous of her beautiful homes, and think this new venture is a fabulous idea! If you’re someone like me (who knows a gorgeous home when I see it but doesn’t have the foggiest how to create the look), why try to work out how to do it yourself? Book staged spaces, and pour yourself a cup of tea while Sarah works her magic, and support a fabulous new female led business at the same time! More...
