A man turned up with a basically a vacuum cleaner with a long hose. From the ground he sucked up debris in the gutters and from the top of the downpipes. A few days later after heavy rain I knew the downpipes were still blocked. I tried to get back in touch by phone and text but had no response. Hi Nigel thank you for your feedback. As discussed after I completed the job, the issue was the broken tile slates in the guttering which you told me you would get out yourself from a ladder borrowed from your neighbour. I told you I couldn't get them out with my machine and you were happy with what I had done. Again thank you for your feedback
