Had an issue with a defective installation, Shane said he was sorry he had taking so long to respond he had been busy but would definitely turn up
A day of annual leave used. No attendance or communication. Now can't reach Shane, unsure if this business is still going?

The work done at the time was great, the gate, however, came off its post after no more than 8 weeks. After contacting Shane to come and repair he said he was working away, fair enough - we gave him 4 weeks grace till the week after he said he would return. We are now 3 weeks+ further past that date and Shane is unreachable, won't answer messages/ phone calls. We have a dog and children who play in the garden and I've had to prop the gate up with wheelie bins for the last 7weeks+ now. Very disappointed in the lack of service/ communication. More...
