Absolutely, We are pensioners and not very tech savvy , SRS came to our house this morning and in an hour fixed my laptop that was not talking to the printer, fixed my wife’s iPhone that also would not connect up with the printer and sorted our Sony surround system where the base speaker ws not functioning properly. a very nice young man. I felt comfortable and secure with him. In my 70's I'm wary about letting strangers into my home hence the reason for going through a secure sight. I have a desk top computer which needed to be taken away for the work required this was returned 2 days later however this was solely for my own convenience as it could have been returned the following day.
