Working with SPS Therapy was an amazing experience. The therapist, Shacqilla, explained every process and technique thoroughly which helped me feel comfortable at every step. She always asked if I was okay, which established a good level of communication between us to help work on my key areas of stress and pain. The eagerness to provide a fast service to help and treatment as many patients as possible and own businesses are the best way to do that
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me as I have a degree in sports and exercise therapy, a qualification in level 3 sports massage, I’m first aid trained. I’m also flexible providing my own clinical environment or offering home visits if needed.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Online advice can 100% be given for minor concerns I can give some home-self treatments for clients if they feel more comfortable but more hands on treatments would be remotely in my clinic based in hayes or a home visit if not too far from me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I personally wear a mask for each visit and appointment. I also bring gloves and if the client is more comfortable with me wearing gloves for their treatment I can make that happen but I also provide and use hand sanitizer throughout the treatment.
Deep tissue massage
The techniques used in deep tissue massage involve a much deeper pressure onto the body aiming to target knots and the separation of the deeper muscle fibers.
Sports Massage
This can be a generical, pre or post sports massage where technqiues including Effleurage, Petrissage and Tapotement, will be used to either stimulate the muscles or relax them depending on your goal of the session.
Dry Cupping Therapy
This treatment promotes better blood circulation to the area which suction cups are placed over the skin, enhancing cell repair allowing a new formation of connective tissues.
Pregnancy Massage
This is massage therapy designed for Pregnancy to help relieve common problems such as stress, swelling on arms and legs, lower back pain etc.
