What do you love most about your job?
My role is customer service and i work closely with my family to ensure that customers see their vision turn into reality, that final day when you present someone with a completed job is so fulfilling!Who doesn’t love seeing joy at the end of a job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The business was started 25 years ago when back then my partner trained as a gas engineer. That quickly led to me wanting to get involved to really change a “standard” industry into something special. With my background in customer care i really wanted to make a difference and give families safe and beautiful homes. I live by the motto “leave every customer better than what you found them”
Why should our clients choose you?
As a family run business we understand that the various aspects of our work are vitally important. Not only do we provide a quality professional service, we ensure that the customer is fully communicated with. We cut out the jargon and ensure everything is a smooth and simple process. Once we have provided a customer with a quote, this doesnt change, we have sadly heard to many horror stories and we ensure we are always transparent. We treat each customer as we ourselves would want to be looked after.
