Wow, what an experience. If this company isn’t the gold standard of business I don’t know what is. We knew that we wanted the brick cleaned (honestly so dreary) at the front of our house and thought we were looking for someone to jet wash it, but after speaking to Thomas he took us through the necessary steps of how it would be cleaned (by doff steam cleaning which we didn’t know about). We use high-pressure machines to clean outdoor areas,
including but not limited to:
- terraces & patios
- pavements
- car parks
We use specific cleaning agents depending on the surface material to lift stubborn stains (like moss, algae,
dirt, black spots, oil, etc) and can reverse years of staining and discolouring.
Window Cleaning
All types of windows (including skylights & conservatories), on all types of buildings.
We use the following methods:
- traditional (hand cleaning)
- pure water-fed poles to reach
- high/hard-to-access windows
- abseiling for apartment blocks & offices
Cleaning can be done inside and out and is always finished to a high standard. We can easily get rid of hard
water/ limescale stains including adhesive and dry paint removal.
Gutter & Drain Cleaning
Gutters and drainpipes easily become blocked from residual debris, leaves, dirt, heavy rainfall, etc which causes rainwater to lap over gutters and fall on
exterior walls causing damp over time. We use tall gutter-vacuum systems/ ladders to undo this.
From garden drains to manholes, from rodding to high pressure blasting, we ensure drains are cleared properly for water to run off smoothly.
Facade Cleaning
It's no surprise that buildings/walls can collect dirt, grime, stains and pollutants which makes your property look unsightly and unwelcoming. We can clean and enhance all building types using a specific cleaning solution and/or steam cleaner to remove dirt, paint, oil/grease stains, chewing gum and much more from the most delicate of surfaces without causing any
damage.
Roof Cleaning
We can clean and enhance any roof type whilst getting rid of stains, moss growth and the build up of dirt.
Having assessed the roof type and the material of the tiles, we will let you know the most suitable method for cleaning your roof - either by pressure washing or soft washing using a biocide chemical solution.
If scaffolding or a cherry picker is required, Spray LDN is happy to provide this upon request.
Doff Steam Cleaning
Where pressure washing is deemed too ineffective or too powerful, we use high temperature and low pressure to clean delicate surfaces such as brick, stone, concrete and masonry without causing any damage to the underlying surface.
The high-temperature steam will remove paint, graffiti, algae, fungi, moss and other biological matter without the need for chemical treatment.
Steam cleaning is also beneficial for areas with little to no drainage due to the water drying almost instantly.
