Spotless Cleaning have been providing professional cleaning services to the majority of our UK offices for almost a year. From the onset of the initial engagement with the tender process and finally to mobilisation of the contract at Waterman Group , Spotless Cleaning have conducted themselves in a most professional manner in particular taking into account the amount of various cleaning contracts that we held
. As expected there were a number of TUPE transfers and these were dealt with discretely and with sensitivity.
The proposal submitted by Spotless Cleaning was a cost effective solution for our cleaning needs and there was no hard sale which we experienced with other proposals and we at Waterman trusted the integrity and advice given to us by Spotless Cleaning for our cleaning specifications throughout the UK.
The management team at Spotless Cleaning during the tender process and mobilisation of the contract were exemplary in what they done. Almost a year into the contract with Spotless Cleaning I have not looked back. Overall the operations team are carrying out a professional service, any issues or additional requests, for example increased cleaning and antiviral fogging in this COVID environ has exceeded all expectations and dealt with in a timely manner.
Moving forward I will be looking at over avenues with Spotless Cleaning within our UK Offices as I have every confidence they will deliver.

What inspired you to start your own business?
CEO Roger founded Spotless in 1988 while at University in Edinburgh. It was a 3 year project. But it was too much fun to let it go.
