SPJ can be summed up in one word: BRILLIANT!!!From the first time we met with Peter, we felt confident in SPJ's ability to execute an event well. We were also impressed with SPJ's efficiency and professionalism when it came to email communications and the administrative aspects of planning our wedding day. Suzanne in the office was super responsive and always answered our queries quickly. 

The range of services provided by SPJ is very wide. Being full-scale event specialists they were able to assist with many aspects of the wedding, including venue decor, setup, the rental of AV equipment and other props, and so on. Our wedding day went fabulously, and Peter and team played a major role in making sure it all went to plan. They worked well with the venue staff and other vendors to make sure all details were taken care of, and also did what they do best...managing our music & entertainment, compering, and making sure everyone knew what was happening. Suzanne was superb in obtaining and clarifying even the finest details with us, to ensure that SPJ and Peter knew exactly what we wanted. On the day, Peter was beyond brilliant and handled everything like a COMPLETE PRO, from making sure that the right tracks were cued and played during the ceremony, drinks reception, and wedding breakfast, to really getting the party going during the evening. As a compere, he was a friendly, approachable, and lively. The music was great, and he expertly handled many other elements that made up the day, from facilitating the speeches and gift-giving and running the table quiz during the wedding breakfast, to making sure the evening activities ran smoothly, including the cake cutting, first, father-daughter, and last dances, bouquet and garter tosses, and all the partying in between!We received so many compliments from our guests, many of whom said it was the best wedding they'd been to and the most fun they'd had in a long time.

We used SPJ for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic from the offset. They were very professional and honest, did not try to oversell or rip us off. .. something we came to learn seems to be the norm in the wedding industry.Requests and questions were dealt with and answered very quickly and the team helped us greatly manage our not so helpful venue. They stepped in when we needed them.The quality of the product was way above anything we had imagined - and the value for money on the White package was brilliant. The team transformed the venue to look great and were able to add personal touches that we had requested. Our guests commented how professional and accommodating they were.We are so pleases we chose Peter and the team at SPJ for our special day - it truly made the world of difference to the day having them run everything and provide a very high quality entertainment! Peter and his crew dedicated so much time and energy to ensure my daughters wedding (09/07/2016) was an amazing experience. Peter in particular made himself available right from our first meeting, and was the last to leave after the event! His meticulous planning and organisational skills are of the highest standard, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Peter was an amazing DJ!! kept the party going from our first dance right the way through to the last song! our guest all commented on what a good variety of songs were played which kept them on the dance floor. we had multiple meetings before our wedding day, often at unsociable hours, to go through the event in detail. Constantly put us at ease and made changes just before the weekend which we requested with no problems at all. We would highly recommend his services. More...
