Lovely staff can't thank them enough. I had a fantastic nurse called Jackie. My consultant Mr Panarese was brilliant. Special thanks to all the theatre staff and a mention to Vincent since he introduced himself. I would definitely go back there.

I've had 3 operations at Spire Liverpool and wouldn't go anywhere else. The care from beginning to end is second to none. Right down from the cleaning staff to the consultants. ���

My wife has just been into the Spire for an op on her foot.we found the staff excellent, the op took longer than expected due to the severity of her problem not showing up on the scans. From the surgeon and theatre staff, to the cleaners, brilliant, special mention to the lady who gave us tea and coffee this morning, coffee was top notch. One thing I cant understand, after reading some reviews, some say the spire is dirty, most say it's clean, some say the staffon reception are surly, most say different. Do you have a high turnover in staff. Some people are never happy? We found the Spire to be very clean, and believe me my wife would say if it wasn't. One tiny grouch, car parking is not great. Excellent care and attention throughout my stay. The nurses, care staff, anaesthetist and surgeon were all very thorough in explaining what was happening with both my procedure and pre/post care. Very clean and comfortable room and the staff were all very safety conscious when transferring me from one member of staff to another my name, hospital no and DOB was always checked and I was asked what procedure I was in for everytime which made me feel very confident and reassured in the care I was receiving. The hospital should have the word hotel attached to its name. The building is well decorated and very clean. The attention to your needs prior, during and after your operation by Doctors, nurses and all the other members of their team is first class.
