I had an absolutely terrible experience with this carpet cleaner. They changed the appointment at the last minute, which was a major inconvenience. When they finally arrived to assess the work, they left with a promise to return but never showed up. As a result, I had to take time off work to be present for the cleaning, and they failed to deliver on their commitment. This level of unprofessionalism and unreliability is unacceptable.
