Spire Alexandra Hospital

Great experience. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, filled out a form. Receptionists and staff in the X-Ray section were very friendly. Was then asked to sit in the waiting area and in less than 5 minutes was called in for my ultrasound scan.
Scan completed and I was back out and on my way back to my car within 20 minutes form my initial arrival time. Amazing. More...

Extremely clean with fantastic staff, the food is very good too with a varied menu. This is my third visit here and it makes huge difference to your stay in a lovely environment.

Wonderful hospital staff were very attentive throughout my stay. Excellent room and was made to feel relaxed through the whole procedure.

Only had an overnight stay and small op. But it has been a lovely experience. Staff were wonderful and clearly compassionate to your needs. Food was lovely and fresh. Private room with free view tv and ensuite with ample towels.

My body struggles with anesthesia and strong pain relief but I woke from my op feeling fresh and much better than the usual NHS.

I would definitely recommend this hospital if you have a choice. More...

Was admitted Saturday as a day case which lead to an overnight stay.
From the cleaners, to the ladies serving food/tea and coffee, nurses and doctors they were excellent and so attentive. Having nhs treatment at the spire certainly didn’t make any difference to being treated any differently to as if I were self funding.
So lovely to have nurses who treat you as a person and not just a patient.
Would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to come back if offered nhs treatment at the spire in future. More...

I am currently here now waiting to be discharged after an overnight stay after having surgery with Dr Kasem.

He is an amazing surgeon and I am so happy with my results and glad I choose him to do my procedure. The nurses and other members of staff who looked after me were very friendly, helped me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease. I received great aftercare and I’m booked in for a check up already for next week.

I also saw Dr Penman for both my children’s baby scans and he was lovely spot on got the genders right both times at 11 weeks and he reassured me after Medway Hospital thought something was wrong with my first born.
