Spencer is a great PT and I would highly recommend him. He tailors the workouts to you, keeps them fresh and also pushes you to achieve your goals. I love the strength and body shape changes and results I have achieved with Spencer's guidance.

I've been going to the gym for over 15 years, not really getting anywhere. Now have been using Spencer for just a year now and he has made a real difference to my overall strength. Spencer is very focused and result oriented personal trainer, he would first and foremost understand your goals, and then build a practical training plan tailored to your timeline, I have been training 3 days a week with him for last 3 months and have achieved tremendous results, with a mix of strength and tabata training, have lost 10 pounds, whilst built muscle at the same time. He is fun to train with and mixes things up if there are any chronic pains and injuries to ensure that you get maximum results from the training sessions. I trained with Spencer for 6 months to learn how to put together my own training programme and to manage my weight. I turned up not knowing the difference between a bar bell and a dumb bell and now I can put together my own strength training and HIIT workouts. I've also learnt how to manage my diet to help weight loss. He is a patient teacher and has a realistic approach, taking into account my lifestyle and work/family commitments. I highly recommend Spencer as a Personal Trainer. After lots of research on personal trainers in Reading I decided to go with Spencer. I signed up to a 12 week programme with the aim of toning all over and increasing my strength.The result after training with Spencer for 12 weeks was that I felt toned, stronger, healthier, had more energy and confidence.I can now fit into clothes that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing and wear them with confidence.I have continued beyond the 12 week programme because I am benefitting so much from the training and I really enjoy it too.Spencer keeps me motivated, has great enthusiasm and is realistic with goals. In the first 4 weeks of training I have lost 10" round my waist an hips. Boom! I am a people person and find Spender to be personable which makes training easy. Whilst Spencer is very easygoing he takes his training very seriously. I've made great gains in strength and fitness over the last twelve months and found the one to one sessions informative and very enjoyable. I've just completed a tough Himalyan mountain trek which I wouldn't have been able to complete before training with Spencer. I would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a PT. More...

After 12 weeks of training I have seen fantastic results, I have dropped a dress size and lost nearly a stone in weight along with improving my 5k run time by over 5 mins.I really enjoy the workout sessions with Spencer he is tough and makes you work hard but still makes it fun as well and the results are worth it. In the consultation process goals are discussed and agreed upon. Lifestyle factors, nutrition and exercise are critiqued to ensure the best way to achieve those goals using bespoke exercise prescription.
No two bodies are alike but practicing a combination of strength training and interval training to varying degrees will address most peoples goals.

Unfortunately there is no secret or 'magic pill', its in the consistency of your training and diet.
