Said they would be 45 minutes, but turned up in 10. Later on needed another taxi, they said 15 minutes and turned up in 5! Was great as was trying to get home and our booked taxi with another company just didn't bother showing up and all the others were quoting times of two hours. More...

Great taxi service! Booked last minute on their easy to use app. Turned up on time (early in fact!). The driver was friendly, helpful and kind. He even got out of the car to open the door for us! Used them on our return journey and got the same treatment! Have experienced some awful taxi companies but this one I would recommend! More...

Fantastic service, arrived early even in a hard to find remote holiday location. Really friendly, had a great laugh on the return trip, asked if he had any music - had disco lights and every tune we asked for queued on a playlist for the whole journey - an amazing end to a great night out! really good fare price as well.

Great service from both the operator and drivers. Despite being at peak times, the taxis have turned up early (when booked for asap) and drivers have always been friendly and polite, giving great customer service, even one time when I made a change to the journey en route.
Unlike many other taxi firms in Plymouth where taxis are always late, there was good communication from the service and taxis were prompt.
Definitely will use this taxi service from now on, would highly recommend to anyone. I chose this company from the positive reviews so far and they did not disappoint!
