Our tub is almost 14 years old. We contacted Spa-tech-us when we opened our holiday let Aug 2017 to make sure our hot tub met regulations. Andy came and gave it a micro clean and checked everything was in good order. We have him over for regular maintenance and cleans and pay him via monthly D/D. We have also had him to do repair and replacement items when needed to keep our hot tub in tip top condition for our guests. Andy is efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly and very good at what he does. Would recommend him to anyone. More...

Highly recommended! Andy attended our tub which had been out of commission for 5 years! It took him a couple of hours to analyse the issues we had, and for him to give us a reasonable estimation for the cost of the new parts. He returned a few days later with the new parts which were fitted quickly and efficiently, and exactly to the quote he'd forwarded us. He even gave us a follow-up call to confirm that everything was working fine (a rare occurrence in the modern day). Great service, nice chap. More...
