About

My name is Sunny Patel and I am an AfN and CPD certified Nutritionist offering one-to-one nutrition consultations In the Surrey and Berkshire area. I am passionate about health and the role of nutrients in the body. I am fully insured and regularly attend CPD courses to keep up to date with my developing research in nutrition.

I offer personalised programmes that help support clients improve their health with diet and lifestyle changes. This includes helping you achieve optimum health through eating the right foods with simple and effective changes, supported with meals plans and delicious recipes.

I completed my 3-year Pharmaceutical Science degree at the University of Reading where I dealt with a wide range of medical conditions effecting the body such as
