One to one personal training provides an ever changing training program to motivate people of all ages and levels of ability. To suit each persons individual needs the sessions are created to maximise results and promote better all round health. Personal training is not just about having someone with you during your training session it is about having someone guiding you through your entire program of health and fitness development, working with you via one–to–one via email, text, and the telephone outside of your training to give you all the support you need.

TRAIN WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR YOUR TEAM

Training with group of friends, colleagues or people with similar interests and similar personal goals is a great motivating force for those looking to lose weight and get lean. You’ll benefit from increased motivation, gain confidence, and possibly meet new people. Your group training sessions can take place indoors, in a garden or if you prefer you can train together at a nearby park

FAMILY FITNESS

Family sessions are a great way to spend time and have fun with your children. Establishing good eating habits and exercise habits early in life will help your children achieve his or her growth potential and provide foundation for a healthy life. Lead your children to following in your foot steps and show them to way to leading a healthy lifestyle.

Pre–Natal women need to adjust their pregnancy exercise programmes to make sure they are looking after not only their own health, but that of their baby too. Whilst the baby is growing and developing, pregnancy exercises need to be tailored to make sure both mother and baby have the safest workout. Fitness does not stop after the baby is born. There are many physiological and anatomical changes that occur both pre and post pregnancy and we focus on creating workouts which are not only effective, but safe too. With an effective fitness programme, many of the concerns can be addressed to ensure mothers have a safe and healthy pregnancy and a quick return to full fitness after birth.

There is no doubt that exercise is good for both mother and baby subject to medical consent and the absence of any contraindications.

If you have a baby odds are you’re very busy indeed and keeping fit can be difficult to fit into your schedule, including the hassle of finding childcare while you work out!

But with Buggy 4 Fitness you can train to get back into shape after your new arrival and bring your baby along too!

Buggy Fitness is a great postnatal workout which also allows you to enjoy the great outdoors and meet new friends whilst getting back into shape.

The sessions focus on a wide variety of postnatal specific exercises included within cardio, muscle toning and pelvic floor.

Mums of all fitness levels are welcome as you work at your own level, increasing as the sessions progress to get you back into your pre-pregnancy shape. Sessions can be joined as early as 6–10 weeks after the birth.
