Get contacted within half an hour and book next day inspection and quot. Good communication and explanations of costs whilst arranged emergency case to replace the whole flat roof the next day. Tyler and his guys are really hard working, did their job from 8am till dark, only had half hour lunch break non-stop.They relayed felt under pitch n flat roof, changed all roting board,layed new underlay and new board then did felt give me whole new roof, what is amazing they managed to finish the job on the Same Day. i shouldn't worried for 15 years.they also glad to do extra repairs for me.They fixed fallen tile of side wall, fixed my old gutter into place,cleared all the rubbish. Tyler took photos and films of every steps sent to me with explanations, so i don't need to watch them doing and know they are doing great job. If you would like job done efficiently especially in emergency, go for them.Tyler is a polite tradesman happy to deal with. I employed Southside Roofing Ltd on 5 September 2022 to carry out roof work to eliminate leaks around a large chimney stack and to replace the old sarking felt over the entire boarded roof.
New breather membrane was laid and the existing tiles were reused plus new dry ridges. Included in their price was the installation of five plastic roof vent tiles.
Having paid them in full I discovered that instead of installing the roof vents between rafters, they had installed each vent across a rafter and to do so they had chopped off the weather protection on the back of each vent. I notified them that this was unacceptable and asked that the damaged vents be replaced with new vents positioned properly between rafters. They have refused to do so.

The vents are installed correctly and your once leaking roof is now dry i can not fix what is not broke you have had a good job done but upon doing more work free of charge that was not in the contract! Some peole just can not be pleased

The guys at south side done a grate job converting are flat roof to pitch really clean and tidy work force job finished 1 day over finish date but that was due to rain on one afternoon very pleased with the work always left up to date at the end of every day and can’t wait to get the new porch see you in the new year guys 👍🏻
